Following the instruction from the Government this evening it is with a heavy heart that we will be closing our doors until further notice. We hope this isn't for long as we will sorely miss seeing our lovely members, but for now, it is most important that we prioritise the health and safety of each of you and the wider public.
Although our doors are closed, our Facebook page and emails are still open and shortly our website will be active once again. We will endeavour to keep you updated when we know more. Dear All at Parkway Bowls Club
As you all know by now Bowls England have cancelled the 2020 season. We are awaiting decisions by the leagues and Federation. As regards to monies already paid out for the bowls season, it is up to yourselves what you wish to do, either carry them over to the 2021 season or write in to me for a refund in due course. We will be going ahead with the installation of a new watering system, we now have all summer to fit it so any help over the coming months would be greatly appreciated. We will keep on reviewing the situation. We are hoping that the bowls green will be open for roll ups and maybe club competitions provided we are not on shut down, but will keep on liaising with you all.
